Borussia Dortmund clinched a resounding 4-2 victory over FC København at Parken in Tuesday’s Champions League showdown.
Borussia Dortmund took an early lead when Felix Nmecha netted in the 20th minute, with an assist by Jobe Bellingham, making it 1-0.
1-1 came through an own-goal in the 33rd minute.
In the 61st minute, Ramy Bensebaini gave Borussia Dortmund the lead.
FC København’s next Champions League games are against Tottenham Hotspur (away) on 4 November, FC København (home) on 26 November and Villarreal (away) on 10 December. Borussia Dortmund play Manchester City (away) on 5 November, Villarreal (home) on 25 November and Bodø/Glimt (home) on 10 December.
Felix Nmecha again increased Borussia Dortmund’s lead with an assist by Carney Chukwuemeka, in the 76th minute.
The 4-1 goal came in the final minutes, when Fábio Silva found the net for Borussia Dortmund, with an assist by Jobe Bellingham.
The deciding goal came in extra time, when Viktor Bjarki Dadason scored for Borussia Dortmund, with an assist by Junnosuke Suzuki.
