After Harry Kane was fouled inside the box, he was given a penalty kick in the 18th minute which he successfully made as he delivered a powerful strike in the bottom left corner.

Both teams failed to score another goal in the remaining time of the first half but after the break, the game became much more intense. With the clock running down, however, Cole Palmer found his fellow substitute Ollie Watkins with a perfect pass in the 91th minute, Thanks to this, Watkins made a stoppage banger into the far post giving his team a great advantage with four minutes remaining before the final whistle.
