Nottingham Forest’s defence has been impenetrable in four successive games in the Premier League. The match away to Wolverhampton Wanderers was no exception and ended 3-0.
Nottingham Forest started the match best and took the lead early when Morgan Gibbs-White netted after 7 minutes, with an assist by A. Elanga, making it 1-0.
In the 44th minute Chris Wood increased the lead for Nottingham Forest with an assist by Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Nottingham Forest found the net once more, this time through Taiwo Awoniyi, with an assist by James Ward-Prowse, in the 90th minute.
With this win, Nottingham Forest have six straight victories.
It was Nottingham Forest’s sixth game in a row without defeat.
The result brings no change for the teams in terms of league position: Wolverhampton Wanderers in 17th place and Nottingham Forest in third.
