Straight after the break, J. Kluivert found the net and equalised for AFC Bournemouth.
It leaves Chelsea in fourth place and AFC Bournemouth in seventh.
AFC Bournemouth also made it 2-1 in the 68th minute, when Antoine Semenyo found the net, with an assist by R. Christie.
The equaliser came in extra time, when Reece James scored for Chelsea.
The game was the fifth in a row without a win for Chelsea.
