West Ham United Secured A Hard-Fought 3-2 Victory Against Fulham

West Ham has won its latest match against Fulham in the Premier League with a score of 3-2. Right from the beginning of the game, West Ham was burning with fire; they were 2-0 up by the 33rd minute as Carlos Soler and T. Souek had found the net for them, the latter assisted by Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

However, Fulham, being known as resilient players, managed to move forward and close the gap in the second half. This is a very important three points for West Ham as it pushes them up the league table.

Fulham demonstrated their fighting spirit when Alex Iwobi scored shortly after halftime, narrowing the deficit and rekindling hope for the visitors. The game then became intense as both sides battled fiercely in midfield. West Ham responded by the 67th minute after Lucas Paquetá had continued to stretch his side’s advantage with a precise assist from Danny Ings. Notwithstanding this set back, Fulham continued pounding and, within the 78th minute, Iwobi struck again on this occasion when assisted by Antonee Robinson, and indeed, it had a very competitive end.

But at the end, Fulham still failed to equalize the score and put an end to their eight-game winning streak, As a result, West Ham is now 12th place in the table after they held their ground against Fulham, who are placed ninth.

West Ham United will face Crystal Palace on 18 January, Aston Villa on 26 January, and Chelsea on 3 February after the win. On the other hand, Fulham will host Leicester City on 18 January, Manchester United on 26 January, and a challenging match away at Newcastle United on 1 February.
