Girona took a 1-0 lead into half-time against Real Betis in their La Liga away clash, thanks to Vladyslav Vanat’s goal. Yet, Real Betis fought back in the second half, with Valentín Gómez finding the equalizer. The game ended in a 1-1 draw.

Girona started the match best and took the lead early when Vladyslav Vanat netted in the 20th minute, with an assist by Bryan Gil, making it 1-0.

It took until the 75th minute before Valentín Gómez equalised for Real Betis with an assist by Isco.

Real Betis’ Antony was sent off in the 90th minute.

So, Real Betis are still in fifth place and Girona are in 18th.
