RB Leipzig ended losing streak after 2-1 to Sporting CP

RB Leipzig started the match well and took the lead early when Benjamin Šeško netted in the 19th minute, with an assist by David Raum, making it 1-0.

It took until the 75th minute before Viktor Gyökeres equalised for Sporting CP with an assist by Daniel Bragança.

With one game remaining, RB Leipzig are in 30th place in the table while Sporting CP are in 23rd.

Yussuf Yurary Poulsen scored the decider with an assist by Christoph Baumgartner, in the 78th minute.

The game between RB Leipzig and visiting Sporting CP in the Champions League finished 2-1. The result means that RB Leipzig finally ended their six-game losing streak.

RB Leipzig play Sturm Graz on 29 January. Sporting CP’s next opponent is Bologna on 29 January.
