Man’s Brace Inspires PSV’s Triumph Over Napoli

PSV clinched a resounding 6-2 victory over Napoli at Philips Stadion in Tuesday’s Champions League showdown.

Scott McTominay scored in the 31st minute, with an assist by Leonardo Spinazzola, to give Napoli the lead in a previously goalless match.

1-1 came through an own-goal just four minutes later later.

PSV took the lead just three minutes later as Ismael Saibari netted, with an assist by Guus Til.

In the 54th minute, Dennis Man increased the lead for PSV, with an assist by Mauro Júnior.

Napoli’s Lorenzo Lucca was sent off in the 76th minute.

Dennis Man again increased PSV’s lead with an assist by Joey Veerman, in the 80th minute.

Five minutes left to play, Napoli’s Scott McTominay reduced, with an assist by David Neres.

Ricardo Pepi one minut later, with an assist by Couhaib Driouech, ensuring PSV increased the lead to 5-2.

PSV increased the lead again, making it 6-2, three minutes later when Couhaib Driouech found the net, with an assist by Ricardo Pepi, capping of the comeback.

The next Champions League games for PSV are Olympiacos F.C. (away) on 4 November, Liverpool (away) on 26 November and Atlético Madrid (home) on 9 December. Napoli play Eintracht Frankfurt (home) on 4 November, Qarabağ (home) on 25 November and Benfica (away) on 10 December.
