PSV and FC Utrecht Settle for Honors in Pulsating Clash

In a pulsating Eredivisie duel, PSV entertained FC Utrecht, sharing the points in a captivating 2-2 draw.

PSV started the match best and took the lead early when Armando Obispo netted after 11 minutes, with an assist by Joey Veerman, making it 1-0.

FC Utrecht equalised to make it 1-1, as Mike van der Hoorn found the net, with an assist by Jens Toornstra, in the 16th minute.

It took until the 75th minute before Paxten Aaronson gave FC Utrecht the lead with an assist by Oscar Fraulo.

The equaliser came in extra time, when Isaac Babadi scored for PSV, with an assist by Noa Lang.

The game was the fifth in a row without a win for FC Utrecht.

So, PSV are still the league leaders and FC Utrecht are in third.

PSV’s next Eredivisie games are against Go Ahead Eagles (away) on 1 March, PSV (home) on 8 March and RKC Waalwijk (away) on 15 March. FC Utrecht play NAC Breda (home) on 1 March, Willem II (away) on 9 March and NEC Nijmegen (home) on 15 March.
