Milan’s Second-Half Dominance Decisive in Victory Against Como

At Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia on Tuesday, the Serie A clash between Como and Milan saw a goalless first half. However, Milan turned the tide in the second half, securing an impressive 2-1 win.

The first half finished 0-0 and it took until the 60th minute before Assane Diao netted, with an assist by Maxence Caqueret, to give Como the lead.

T. Hernández equalised for Milan in the 71st minute.

Rafael Leão scored the decider with an assist by T. Abraham, in the 76th minute to complete Milan’s come back.

Milan are now in seventh place, while Como are in 16th place.

Como play Udinese on 20 January, Atalanta on 25 January and Bologna (away) on 1 February. Milan’s next opponents are Juventus on 18 January, Parma on 26 January and Inter (home) on 2 February.
