Manchester United silenced Ipswich Town when Marcus Rashford netted in the second minute, with an assist from Amad Diallo.
In a Premier League drama, Ipswich Town and Manchester United battled it out in a 1-1 draw, with neither side willing to back down.
Ipswich Town equalised 1-1 just before the half-time whistle as Omari Giraud-Hutchinson found the net, with an assist by W. Burns. The teams were unable to score in the second half and the game ended 1-1.
Ipswich Town are now in 18th place, while Manchester United are in 12th place.
‘We will try to find a lot of things about the players, we will need a lot of time to work out these things,’ Ruben Amorim said after his first game in charge for Manchester United.
Ipswich Town play Nottingham Forest on 30 November, Crystal Palace on 3 December and AFC Bournemouth (home) on 8 December. Manchester United’s next opponents are Everton on 1 December, Arsenal on 4 December and Nottingham Forest (home) on 7 December.
