Egypt secured a 4-2 win, in a game with penalties, in their World Cup playoff match against Australia.
Egypt took an early lead when Emam Ashour got on the scoresheet after 13 minutes off a pass from Karim Hafez Ramadan Seif El Din making it 1-0.
1-1 came through an own-goal in the 55th minute, which was the final result.
In the penalty shoot-out Egypt was the stronger side, winning 4-2.
