Crystal Palace showcased their attacking prowess as they netted three goals in the Premier League encounter against Aston Villa at Villa Park. The away side cruised to a convincing 3-0 victory, leaving Aston Villa unable to find the back of the net.
Crystal Palace scored the first goal when Jean-Philippe Mateta scored a penalty after 21 minutes, making it 1-0.
In the 68th minute, Marc Guéhi increased the lead for Crystal Palace.
Crystal Palace further increased the lead as Ismaïla Sarr netted, with an assist by Maxence Lacroix, in the 78th minute.
The result means Aston Villa are now in 19th place in the table and that Crystal Palace are eighth in the league.
