This means the team has extended their lead in the La Liga and the gap to second placed Real Madrid is now four points. Athletic Club are in fourth place in the league.
FC Barcelona started the match well and took the lead when Robert Lewandowski netted in the 14th minute, with an assist by Fermín López, making it 1-0.
Just four minutes later later Robert Lewandowski increased the lead for FC Barcelona.
FC Barcelona further increased the lead as Dani Olmo scored a penalty in the 90th minute.
