It had been a long time since AC Milan finished a Serie A game on the losing side. But Sunday’s home game to Parma saw the end of their unbeaten run of 24 games as the match finished 1-0.
It took until the 80th minute before Mariano Troilo, with an assist by Emanuele Valeri, gave Parma the lead.
The result leaves Parma in 12th place, while AC Milan are in second place.
The next Serie A games for AC Milan are Cremonese (away) on 1 March, AC Milan (home) on 8 March and Lazio (away) on 15 March. Parma play Cagliari (home) on 27 February, Fiorentina (away) on 8 March and Torino (away) on 15 March.
