FC Barcelona have now won five games in a row.
The first-half goal from Araújo da Silva was to be the only goal of the game when FC Barcelona won 1-0 at home to Rayo Vallecano in the La Liga.
FC Barcelona started the match best and took the lead early when Ronald Araujo netted in the 24th minute, with an assist by João Cancelo, making it 1-0.
The result brings no change for the teams in terms of league position: FC Barcelona at the top of the table and Rayo Vallecano in 14th.
