After securing a 3-0 victory home at Camp Nou against Levante, FC Barcelona now find themselves at the top of the La Liga table after 25 games played, leading Real Madrid by one point. Levante occupies the 19th spot in the league standings.
FC Barcelona silenced Levante when Marc Bernal netted in the fourth minute on a pass from Eric García.
In the 32nd minute Frenkie de Jong increased the lead for FC Barcelona with an assist by João Cancelo.
FC Barcelona have now won 12 straight at home games.
FC Barcelona found the net once more, this time through Fermín López, with an assist by Lamine Yamal, in the 81st minute.
FC Barcelona’s next La Liga games are against Villarreal (home) on 28 February, Athletic Club (away) on 8 March and Sevilla (home) on 15 March. Levante play Deportivo Alavés (home) on 27 February, Girona (home) on 7 March and Rayo Vallecano (away) on 16 March.
