It was FC Volendam’s fifth game in a row without a win.

Go Ahead Eagles put on a masterclass at De Adelaarshorst, securing a dominant 3-0 victory over FC Volendam in the Eredivisie. With three goals to their name, Go Ahead Eagles left their opponents struggling to find a response.

Go Ahead Eagles chocked FC Volendam when Jakob Breum netted in the fifth minute, with an assist from Joris Kramer.

In the 10th minute Victor Edvardsen increased the lead for Go Ahead Eagles.

Go Ahead Eagles further increased the lead as Mathis Suray found the net in the 45th minute. The second half was goalless and the match ended with a 3-0 win for Go Ahead Eagles.

The result means Go Ahead Eagles are now in 11th place in the table and that FC Volendam are 12th in the league.
