Another clean sheet for Nottingham Forest at Molineux Stadium

Nottingham Forest’s defence has been impenetrable in four successive games in the Premier League. The match away to Wolverhampton Wanderers was no exception and ended 3-0.

Nottingham Forest started the match best and took the lead early when Morgan Gibbs-White netted after 7 minutes, with an assist by A. Elanga, making it 1-0.

In the 44th minute Chris Wood increased the lead for Nottingham Forest with an assist by Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Nottingham Forest found the net once more, this time through Taiwo Awoniyi, with an assist by James Ward-Prowse, in the 90th minute.

With this win, Nottingham Forest have six straight victories.

It was Nottingham Forest’s sixth game in a row without defeat.

The result brings no change for the teams in terms of league position: Wolverhampton Wanderers in 17th place and Nottingham Forest in third.

Wolverhampton Wanderers play Newcastle United on 15 January, Chelsea on 20 January and Arsenal (home) on 25 January. Nottingham Forest’s next opponents are Liverpool on 14 January, Southampton on 19 January and AFC Bournemouth (away) on 25 January.
