Wolverhampton Wanderers ends five-loss run

The Premier League game between Brighton & Hove Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers at Broadfield Stadium finished 2-2 on Saturday – no doubt a relief for Wolverhampton Wanderers after five successive defeats.

With only five minutes left to play, Brighton & Hove Albion’s E. Ferguson increased the lead, with an assist by Tariq Lamptey.

The goal that reduced the score to 2-1 came, when Rayan Aït Nouri found the net for Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Matheus Cunha just two minutes later, with an assist by Tommy Doyle, ensuring Wolverhampton Wanderers equalised to make it 2-2.

It was yet Wolverhampton Wanderers’ ninth game in a row without a win.
