Manchester City clinched a resounding 3-2 victory over Fulham at Etihad Stadium in Saturday’s Premier League showdown.
Fulham started the match best and took the lead when Andreas Pereira netted after 26 minutes, with an assist by Raúl Jiménez, making it 1-0.
Manchester City equalised to make it 1-1, when Mateo Kovačić found the net, in the 32nd minute.

With only eight minutes left to play, Manchester City’s Jérémy Doku increased the lead, with an assist by Rico Lewis.
The goal that reduced the score to 3-2 came right at the end of the game, when Rodrigo Muniz scored for Fulham, with an assist by Reiss Nelson.
The result means that Manchester City remain undefeated this season after taking points in seven straight games.
It leaves Fulham in seventh place and that Manchester City are in second place. Manchester City are 1 points behind Liverpool.
‘City finished with five at the back. So it gives us courage to stick with our philosophy as a team,’ Fulham manager, Marco Silva said.
‘We can be unhappy with the result. We deserve more from the game. But that’s football, it’s a process. Next time we have these types of chances, we have to be able to score more,’ he added.
